My experience with Dr. Shah and his team has great. The whole team makes you feel comfortable with absolutely no pressure, walks through all aspects of the procedure (including the expected benefits and overall timeline), and answers any and all questions. Dr Shah is amazing! I wanted a tip-plasty because as I aged, the tip of my nose started to droop, especially when I smiled. I received consultations from other plastic surgeons and I thought their plan of action was too aggressive (bone work I didn’t believe was necessary) for what I was trying to achieve and incredibly unaffordable. Dr. Shah offered me the results I was looking and it was less invasive, closer to my budget and I had very minimal downtime. I’m so happy I found him. I still look like me and my nose looks like my nose, but way better!

About two months ago I had a deep plane face and neck lift with Dr. Shah. I did plenty of research before choosing him and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My facelift was actually a revision which adds to the difficulty because of old scar tissue, etc. I knew that Dr. Shah was very experienced in this and his confidence, expertise, and thorough explanations were very reassuring.

I am a physician myself and have spent years in the operating room so was very picky about who I chose. I also knew that Dr. Shah is excellent at doing this procedure with local anesthesia and oral sedation. (You can also have general anesthesia if preferred.) I chose the local because I don’t care for general anesthesia. It was a fantastic way to go! I remember absolutely nothing of the procedure and had an easy recovery postoperatively.

On top of all that his office and staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive.

I recommend Dr. Shah wholeheartedly. My face and neck look better than I could have imagined and the results are perfectly natural so no one suspects that I had anything done- they just think I look great!

“Trust me–You won’t find anyone better – I am quite experienced with Cosmetic/Plastic surgery procedures since I lived in Southern California for years (everyone there does “everything!”), so I have had “several” procedures over 30 years. “Too Soon for a Facelift but I Needed a Lift… – I got DPO Threads done by Sarah several days ago and I couldn’t be happier. I burn through filler quickly and I believe I found a solution with threads. Considering how much money I was spending on filler it balances out. I really enjoyed my time with Sarah. She is skilled, makes sure you are comfortable, and just a fun person to talk to. I received a dental block and I didn’t feel any pain. The swelling where the needles were inserted were gone within an hour and I even stopped at a store on my drive home. I had slight bruising on day 2 that I could hide with makeup. “Dr. Shah made me feel comfortable every time I saw him – I had a revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Shah and I couldn’t be happier. I had a rhinoplasty in 2005 that I was never really happy with. As I reached my mid-40’s my nose started to get lumpy and you could actually see and feel the bumps on the bridge of my nose. I wanted to get a revision but didn’t have the time to focus on it, until COVID. I live in a mid-sized city (Colorado Springs, CO) and I believe I went to every plastic surgeon in CS and I could see doctors faces become uncomfortable when I would go in for a consult for a revision. Most of them just made me uncomfortable with how defensive they would become. I found Dr. Shah through research on the internet and went in for my consult. Thanks to Dr. Shah, I have these wide voluptuous hips that I always dreamed of. The fat placed in my hips was done perfectly, they are round, they have great projection and everything looks very soft/natural on the surface of the skin. After doing some online research it seemed apparent to me that Dr. Shah was the best Rhinoplasty surgeon in Denver. I booked a consultation and brought a huge list of questions with me. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly, asked me exactly what I was looking for and then told me what his game plan would be. I wanted a slight ski slope nose from the side ( I had a small hump) and for the tip to be refined. I booked the surgery a few months later. The day of the surgery was pretty laid back and easy. The nurses were super nice and they made sure I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist was also really nice and took his time going through every detail to make sure I was safe before I went into the operating room. I went out like a light bulb and the next thing I knew I was waking up and ready to go home. I didn’t feel woozy or out of it and I wasn’t in any pain. I went home and ate dinner, watched a movie and went to bed. I didn’t experience any difficulty sleeping until my Ambien ran out. Sleeping upright, on my back was difficult. Having both nostrils plugged was also hard, even with 2 humidifiers going in my room at all time my mouth was still so dry. The swelling was the worst on day 2 and 3, from there the swelling moved down my cheeks. After one week Dr. Shah took my splint off and cleared my nostrils and it was such a relief to breathe. I have to admit that I thought my nose looked really freaky for the first 3 weeks. I called the office freaking out a little and he immediately got on the phone to reassure me and reminded me that I should be avoiding salt and sleeping propped up on a pillow at night. I had been slacking with both. The swelling distorts everything so much, you just have to remember to be patient. I must had looked at my nose in the mirror for hours each day to the point that my brain wasn’t even sure what a nose was supposed to look like. Just trust you doctor and avoid the mirror for a while. My bruising lasted for 1 month and I had a hemosiderin stain on one eye for about 5 months. I used Auriderm and had IPL facials to speed up the healing of the stain. The scar from the incision faded away in about 4 months, it was easy to cover with makeup within a couple of weeks. Overall, I’m surprised at how pain free the whole ordeal was. I only took my pain medication the first 2 days and then I realized I didn’t need it. I was very careful while recovering and never bumped my nose or had any accidents. I taped my nose at night for the first 2 months. It’s now been 6 months and the tip is still slightly swollen, but not noticeably. I know over the next 6 months my nose will shrink a tiny bit more. I am absolutely THRILLED with the results. My nose still looks like my nose, just smaller and cuter. The little swoop makes my side profile look fabulous. “Surgery This Friday – So I’ve always been self-conscious of my nose. From the front, it’s perfect. Nice and straight, if a little short for my taste it still fits and looks great. From the side? I look like a rat. I used to get teased about it when I was younger and I’ve always hated my profile. I hide behind my hair, and find it awkward when someone sits next to me, as I know they’re going to look over and see my nose. I mean, it doesn’t consume every waking hour, but it’s like having a low-level hangover where you just don’t feel great, and when it comes to your attention you realize how shitty you really feel. So I decided to finally do something about it. I booked an appointment (about a month out as he’s busy) and went to see the doc. He looked at my nose and didn’t make me feel bad about wanting it to look better. He’s extremely intelligent, really knows his stuff, and will readily tell you in detail about anything you ask about. I love that about him 🙂 He gave me some after images of what he thought would work best, and I almost cried. I mean, I was imagining how I’ll feel when I’m walking past people and how I’ll not be embarrassed by my profile (hide behind my hair, turn my head to the side). I was imagining being able to have a short haircut and not have that insecure feeling in the back of my mind. I know, it sounds really silly but I’m sure if you’re reading this you understand. I’ll never have that perfect movie star profile, but it’ll be perfect for me! So my surgery is Friday. I’ve already started taking the pre-op vitamins and arnica etc. and bought food for a week so hopefully I won’t have to go out and scare little kids with my bandages and bruises. “Hello ladies, I got a tummy tuck after I went to Cancun a saw all those beautiful, gorgeous bodies. I thought I looked good until I went. “Amazing Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty Experience – I visited with Dr. Shah back in May for a consultation on rhinoplasty. This is something I’ve looked into for years and finally discovered a fantastic surgeon one state over from me. Upon meeting with Dr. Shah, I knew he would be the perfect surgeon to work on me. He has such an upbeat attitude and he’s incredibly informative, so I booked an appointment with him for December when I would be on break from school.Fast forward to now, I had my surgery at the Renewal Center in Lone Tree, CO with Dr. Shah on the 23rd of December and let me tell you it went swimmingly. At my pre-op appointment just two weeks prior, he provided me with numerous supplements to help with the healing process, detailed instructions, medication for after, and answered more of my questions. “First off I am one-month post op and am over the moon happy with the results. I had neck lift with lipo and lower eyelids by Dr. Shah. My only regret is that I didn’t have this done sooner. “26 Years Old, Closed Rhinoplasty July 18th – Englewood, CO – Dr. Shah was very friendly and helpful in the preparation for the surgery and was good at making me feel at ease beforehand, which I really appreciated, as someone that was nervous about having this procedure done in the first place.I am relatively happy with my nose and what he did – though it is VERY subtle and even those close to me cannot tell that anything changed (including my mother and boyfriend!). So the thousands of dollars change is very slight. The “German bump” on my nose is not noticeable from the profile anymore, which I am thrilled about! There are still bumps on either side of my nose however, which was not in the simulations or at all what I wanted. Dr. Shah said this was a “lighting” issue but I can feel the bumps, so I’m not convinced that’s the case. But – he did a relatively good job, nonetheless. His work on the tip of my nose looks good as well, just extremely subtle as well. He would probably be perfect for someone that only wants a minor change and would not require or desire any follow up care.
