This lovely patient of mine came in for upper blepharoplasty surgery to treat her heavy, hanging upper eyelids. Because her eyebrows were still in a youthful position, she only needed the excess skin removed from the upper eyelids. The puffiness of her lower eyelids did not bother her at this time. She had her surgery in the office under local anesthetic with Valium and tolerated it very well. She had a quick recovery and return to normal life. She has healed well and her results are natural. They give a more open, brighter aesthetic to her upper face.
