Dr Shah is amazing! I wanted a tip-plasty because as I aged, the tip of my nose started to droop, especially when I smiled. I received consultations from other plastic surgeons and I thought their plan of action was too aggressive (bone work I didn’t believe was necessary) for what I was trying to achieve and incredibly unaffordable. Dr. Shah offered me the results I was looking and it was less invasive, closer to my budget and I had very minimal downtime. I’m so happy I found him. I still look like me and my nose looks like my nose, but way better!

About two months ago I had a deep plane face and neck lift with Dr. Shah. I did plenty of research before choosing him and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My facelift was actually a revision which adds to the difficulty because of old scar tissue, etc. I knew that Dr. Shah was very experienced in this and his confidence, expertise, and thorough explanations were very reassuring.

I am a physician myself and have spent years in the operating room so was very picky about who I chose. I also knew that Dr. Shah is excellent at doing this procedure with local anesthesia and oral sedation. (You can also have general anesthesia if preferred.) I chose the local because I don’t care for general anesthesia. It was a fantastic way to go! I remember absolutely nothing of the procedure and had an easy recovery postoperatively.

On top of all that his office and staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive.

I recommend Dr. Shah wholeheartedly. My face and neck look better than I could have imagined and the results are perfectly natural so no one suspects that I had anything done- they just think I look great!

“My Nose Journey ❤️ I had a accident when I was young that resulted in many surgeries over the years. The rhinoplasty I had gotten started leaning to the right and overtime created breathing problem. “Sarah is the bees knees. I have been to a few different injectors, and she is hands down my favorite. I am a huge chicken when it comes to needles, and I have never felt more comfortable and at ease— and also did not feel any pain or jabs! I did the under eye area and she uses a numbing cream and then a numbing inject so you are as comfortable as possible. I had no bruising or swelling. I will definitely return to see her in the future. Dr Shah is also incredible at what he does and is very patient with all questions and concerns you may have. They both have multiple tools in their tool box when it comes to injections and surgeries that other offices do not have, which provides additional comfort and less down time. “I cannot express how much Dr Shah’s experience has meant to me. I inquired about a rhinoplasty surgery and has contemplated it for quite some time. I had heard and saw first hand Dr. Shah’s work from a close friend and loved it! I set up my consult through Joel (who is so helpful with the process and noting everything I was wanting) . Dr Shah went through every step, including what exactly happened during the surgical procedure (for those who are interested he has videos of the surgeries on his Instagram account) so that I would fully prepared for everything. Not only was he in depth, but he was willing to answer every question. I was apprehensive when it came to the image itself – I wasn’t sure if it grasped what I wanted. We emailed back and fourth and he calmed my nerves explaining that my goals were able to be achieved and that I had nothing to worry about. I think my biggest apprehension was that it was just new – smaller and more symmetrical. It has nothing to do with his actual rendering, I was just not used to how my face would look. Leading up to the surgery, Dr. Shah and his team really took their time to go over exactly what to expect and projected timeline on healing. Brenda makes sure you are ready to go for the surgery with information and medications to go home. The morning of, we got up nice and early and were greeted by the amazing surgical staff. I will say the procedure went very smoothly and my nurses were so sweet. The anesthesiologist Lee is also wonderful calling the night before to go over everything! I was a little tired after waking up and had some intense bruising. After care is so important (as was before the surgery). I followed my instructions to a T. Adding more protein, taking all my medications and most importantly RESTING! Ice packs were my best friend in between my naps. After just seven days my sutures and splints all came off (it was a little uncomfortable but not bad) and the results made me immediately cry. This was MY nose, but it was perfect! I previously had large nostrils and a downward facing deviated septum, but not anymore! I have exactly what I’ve always wanted and I feel it has made my face seem more symmetrical. I couldn’t be happier. Once everything was off, Dr. Shah showed me all the taping and compression techniques which I have loved. I went home that day and switched to some heat packs and saline solution (no blowing the nose yet!). These techniques have been amazing (especially the compressions and taping, helps the swelling SO much) and as of today, my nose is further in the healing process than we had anticipated! I really owe that to my routine and medications – they work amazing. I have never felt so comfortable with a medical team. Each and every member will make you feel welcomed and heard. “All I wanted is a natural looking nose, he exceeded expectations – Not only that I had a crooked/deformed nose but I had such trouble breathing which was getting worse with time. I went through hundreds of surgeons and neither one of them convinced me that they could make a difference. All I wanted is a natural looking nose. A few of the doctors even said that they don’t want to perform the surgery.I don’t know how the doctor did it, but he did. He even filled some of the gaps with my own tissue from behind the ear. And I won’t even start with the recovery. We took everything off after 6 days and there was zero bruising. The doctor has this rapid recovery protocol and they sent me a package with vitamins and substances a few weeks before to start prepping for the recovery. Then this angel came, a nurse that they recommended to spend the night with me (Danielle), that made the whole experience 10 times better. Prior to the procedure I was mostly scared about my safety and health during the operation however Dr. Shah, the anesthesiologist and the nurses took awesome care of me. The staff was very friendly, caring and professional, I got a vibe that they worked well together and they were each individually passionate about cosmetic surgery.The surgery center was clean and practical. It wasn’t very far from Dr. Shah’s office in Denver which is good because you don’t want to travel long distances after bbl/butt implants.I think everyone should know that immediately following surgery, you are dealing with so many different emotions. Your body is physically reacting to the trauma and while you are anxious to know how things will look and feel after you heal up, it is a slow process. At two weeks post surgery my implants were somewhat visible and their placement was more superior than I anticipated or wanted. I was scared. Now I am at 12 weeks post opp and my implants look so natural and beautiful. In just a few months my body has come a long way and developed so nicely. Dr. Shah is an incredible surgeon and I’m so grateful that he did my surgery. I wanted to achieve an hourglass shape and I didn’t have too much fat to work with so I was pleased the extent to which Dr. Shah was able to preserve the fat. After a BBL, to maximize fat transfer, it’s important to have blood circulating to the area where fat was transferred (don’t smoke, even weed), to feed the fat and to avoid compression of the fat however the surgeons technique is so so important!! Thanks to Dr. Shah, I have these wide voluptuous hips that I always dreamed of. The fat placed in my hips was done perfectly, they are round, they have great projection and everything looks very soft/natural on the surface of the skin. I didn’t ever have any hardening of the fat, lumps or any complications actually. My waist is tiny, when sit down I don’t have even a roll of fat which is pretty exceptional. Dr. Shah did a thorough job of pulling fat from so many areas that when it all comes together, it looks amazing. I realize everybody heals differently but I was told that I wouldn’t bruise badly due to my skin type and being male. After the first surgery I had black eyes for 3 months. After waiting for a long period of healing 1+ year, I still had a large dorsal hump, and my nose turns to the left, something that wasn’t there pre-surgery. After a year, Dr. Shah was nice enough to do a free revision in his office (minus the cost of surgery supplies). We had agreed to fix the dorsal hump, straighten out the nose and take down the tip a little. After this revision the dorsal hump part was fixed but the nose was still crooked and the tip wasn’t taken down. We also used part of my ear to graft a piece of cartilage. I was told the scar wouldn’t be noticeable, but its very noticeable 1.5 years later and people have asked me about it. After 6 months I went back and we talked about how the tip still wasn’t straight. He recommended I try bend my nose with a popsicle stick daily and said we’d have to wait 1 to 1.5 years after the revision to consider another revision. I did all the exercises and then coronavirus hit so I just waited until it had been 1.5 years post surgery and still my nose was crooked. At this additional 1.5 year follow-up visit, he recommended I tape my nose to my cheek every night to help bend it and said he didn’t think surgery was a good at this point and to re-evaluate in another 6 months. At this point 3 years in, i’m not really willing to wait another 6 months, nor do I think taping my nose to my cheek while I sleep is going to be sufficient. This may help to some degree, and I’m not a surgeon obviously, but I feel like 2 surgeries should have created a straight nose, a problem that didn’t exist before the first surgery. Overall I really want to like Dr. Shah and people have good experiences with him. But after thousands of dollars, 3 years, and a crooked nose the results are the results. I will be setting up a consultation with another doctor in Denver to get a second opinion on a tip-plasty revision”

After have injections for years, my age caught up and the only option for the jowls on caving cheeks, disappearing upper lip and turkey neck was a mini lift with fat injection. It has been three weeks since the procedure and I can see some of the improvement already even with the swelling. The bruising was minimal. One side of my face brusied more. The procedure went so smoothly and I loved that I remained awake. The pain was from the numbing injections, just like at the dentist. Afterwards the pain was very manageable. The instructions, vitamin regime and diet and exercise restrictions were clearly given and easy to follow. I am excited to see the final results! After doing some online research it seemed apparent to me that Dr. Shah was the best Rhinoplasty surgeon in Denver. I booked a consultation and brought a huge list of questions with me. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly, asked me exactly what I was looking for and then told me what his game plan would be. I wanted a slight ski slope nose from the side ( I had a small hump) and for the tip to be refined. I booked the surgery a few months later. The day of the surgery was pretty laid back and easy. The nurses were super nice and they made sure I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist was also really nice and took his time going through every detail to make sure I was safe before I went into the operating room. I went out like a light bulb and the next thing I knew I was waking up and ready to go home. I didn’t feel woozy or out of it and I wasn’t in any pain. I went home and ate dinner, watched a movie and went to bed. I didn’t experience any difficulty sleeping until my Ambien ran out. Sleeping upright, on my back was difficult. Having both nostrils plugged was also hard, even with 2 humidifiers going in my room at all time my mouth was still so dry. The swelling was the worst on day 2 and 3, from there the swelling moved down my cheeks. After one week Dr. Shah took my splint off and cleared my nostrils and it was such a relief to breathe. I have to admit that I thought my nose looked really freaky for the first 3 weeks. I called the office freaking out a little and he immediately got on the phone to reassure me and reminded me that I should be avoiding salt and sleeping propped up on a pillow at night. I had been slacking with both. The swelling distorts everything so much, you just have to remember to be patient. I must had looked at my nose in the mirror for hours each day to the point that my brain wasn’t even sure what a nose was supposed to look like. Just trust you doctor and avoid the mirror for a while. My bruising lasted for 1 month and I had a hemosiderin stain on one eye for about 5 months. I used Auriderm and had IPL facials to speed up the healing of the stain. The scar from the incision faded away in about 4 months, it was easy to cover with makeup within a couple of weeks. Overall, I’m surprised at how pain free the whole ordeal was. I only took my pain medication the first 2 days and then I realized I didn’t need it. I was very careful while recovering and never bumped my nose or had any accidents. I taped my nose at night for the first 2 months. It’s now been 6 months and the tip is still slightly swollen, but not noticeably. I know over the next 6 months my nose will shrink a tiny bit more. I am absolutely THRILLED with the results. My nose still looks like my nose, just smaller and cuter. The little swoop makes my side profile look fabulous. My biggest worry was that my mom would notice and disapprove, she never noticed I had anything done. “Rhinoplasty I am a 42 yo female and went to see Dr. Shah in July for a consultation appointment for rhinoplasty. I had gone to see different surgeons over the past 20 years but never felt that those doctors understood what I wanted. My nose was very large with a drooping columella. The first thing I noticed when I arrived at his office was how friendly the staff was. Then I met Dr. Shah and immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. He explained the procedure in great detail using visual aids. He then took pictures and uploaded them to his computer and described how he planned to fix my nose and explained why each step in the procedure was needed. The best part was that he said my new nose would still look like me, just better, which is exactly what I wanted. Additionally, he explained the recovery process in detail as well. His assistant took care of paperwork and scheduling, so a very easy process. The cost was surprisingly affordable too, much less than what I thought it would be. I next met Dr. Shah in early September for the pre-op appointment (~1 month before procedure) and he and his assistant made sure that I knew what I needed to do to prepare for the procedure (follow nutrition and vitamin protocols). One month later I had the operation. It went smoothly with no issues. I was released after 30 minutes in the recovery room. I met with Dr. Shaw again about 3 days after the procedure to make sure no issues were cropping up. He told me things looked good so far. I meet him again 1 week after surgery. He removed the bandages, splints and taught me how to use the forming sticks and to stick to his recovery protocols. My nose was very swollen, especially the left side as he had to widen the airway. I was pretty miserable, to be honest. One month later I revisited with Dr. Shah and it wasn’t great. My nose was not healing as fast as it should have and I was still super swollen and in pain. No matter what I did, I felt unproportionate and unattractive. Here is my advice: 1. Dr. Shah is a kind, funny, and talented doctor. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable with him. He is also very attractive, but extremely professional. He wants you to be happy and does a great job. Choose him. 2. If you really want a surgery because you are genuinely self conscious about something, go for it. Do not listen to friends and family who are not supportive. It is your body and you are the one who has to live in it. No one in my family supported me. I did it anyway. The results are so natural that no one knows… and doing it was the best decision for me. “Yolo.” 3. Be realistic. I am naturally tiny and had to gain weight for this procedure. Even then, I didn’t have a lot of fat to work with. Results vary based on what you have to work with in the first place. They also vary based on your health and diet. 4. Be prepared. Surgery is not a magic wand. You must take care of your body before surgery. This means eating well, not drinking, and definitely not smoking. Recovery takes time (months)…there will be bruising (not too much thanks to my Dr!) and discomfort. You do need a support system as you will need help in the first stages of recovery. It is intense. It is no joke. 5. Be patient. And don’t obsess.. you won’t have the final results until months down the road. 6. Take care of yourself. Part of recovery and maintaining the best results is self care. Eat the recommended foods and when approved, take care of your body and go to the gym. And if you can, continue to avoid bad habits like smoking… I quit smoking cigarettes for this surgery and I haven’t touched one since! Hope this helps.”

“Rhinoplasty I am a 42 yo female and went to see Dr. Shah in July for a consultation appointment for rhinoplasty. I had gone to see different surgeons over the past 20 years but never felt that those doctors understood what I wanted. My nose was very large with a drooping columella. The first thing I noticed when I arrived at his office was how friendly the staff was. Then I met Dr. Shah and immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. He explained the procedure in great detail using visual aids. He then took pictures and uploaded them to his computer and described how he planned to fix my nose and explained why each step in the procedure was needed. The best part was that he said my new nose would still look like me, just better, which is exactly what I wanted. Additionally, he explained the recovery process in detail as well. His assistant took care of paperwork and scheduling, so a very easy process. The cost was surprisingly affordable too, much less than what I thought it would be. I next met Dr. Shah in early September for the pre-op appointment (~1 month before procedure) and he and his assistant made sure that I knew what I needed to do to prepare for the procedure (follow nutrition and vitamin protocols). One month later I had the operation. It went smoothly with no issues. I was released after 30 minutes in the recovery room.
