This patient had an open revision tip rhinoplasty under local anesthetic in my office. I used cadaveric rib graft to support and properly project her nasal tip. This corrected the droopy appearance on profile view and opened up her right nasal airway. She is very happy with her appearance and how well her nose works now. I really enjoy helping people who've been unlucky in the hands of other surgeons.
This patient wanted to correct her droopy nasal tip after two previous attempts.*

This lovely patient from Denver had two previous rhinoplasty surgeries with a local ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon. She ended up with right nasal airway obstruction and a drooping nasal tip on profile view. She consulted with Dr. Manish Shah, one of the most skilled revision rhinoplasty specialists in the U.S., to correct her concerns. She had surgery with him in the office under local anesthesia using cadaveric rib graft to correct her concerns. She is one year postop in these pictures and is very happy with her results.
