Denver weightlifter wanted his gynecomastia corrected*

This 40's yo former bodybuilder developed gynecomastia, or man boobs, from the use of supplements in the past.  He did not like the way his shirts fit if they were tighter.  He asked Denver area board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Manish Shah, of Shah Aesthetic Surgery to correct this problem. Dr. Shah performed an in-office gynecomastia repair in which he performed liposuction to remove excess fat, then he excised excess male breast tissue using an tiny incision in the areola.  Once healed, the patient was very happy with his results.
