I had a face, neck, and brow lift about 4 weeks ago. I’m healing up quickly and I am SO happy with the results! Dr. Shah did a fantastic job. My neck was my main area of concern, and he fixed it. My face looks younger. Everything looks natural. I’m so pleased!

I love my new nose. Dr Manish Shah improved the appearance of my nose and also improved it functionally with rhinoplasty. I have been dealing with sleep apnea for 15 years along with insomnia. I’ve been using a CPAP machine to sleep at night. In addition to sleep apnea, I could tell I was not getting enough oxygen during the day and my Apple Watch and Fitbit confirmed this. I had seen several doctors with concerns with low oxygen during the day, but had no luck. During my consult, Dr. Shah noticed I was having difficulty breathing through my nose. My nostrils collapsed while breathing, but I was not aware of this. I didn’t realize my daytime low oxygen was tied to my nose because I did not have a deviated septum. With rhinoplasty, Dr. Shah gave me a beautiful aesthetic nose and improved the functionality by 100%. I no longer need a CPAP machine to be able to breathe at night and I’m breathing much better during the day. I am extremely happy with the results. I recently underwent a rhinoplasty (nose job), deep plane facelift, and neck lift with Dr. Shah, and I could not be happier with my experience and results. Dr Shah really did save my nose. I had two prior surgeries that did not go as expected and I had a large septal perforation. I struggled daily to breathe well. I was in pain at times and struggled emotionally with the defects I had cosmetically and physically.

Dr Shah took me on as a client when many other surgeons had turned me away, saying my situation was too complicated & too difficult to improve.

Dr Shah significantly improved the structure and appearance of my nose and I’ll be grateful to him for the rest of my life.

I have had an up and down relationship with my nose since I can remember. When I was younger, I truly disliked everything about it—my dorsal hump, my droopy tip, my larger nostrils; I really couldn’t feel anything positive when I looked at myself. I was set on getting a rhinoplasty when I could afford it.

As I got older, although my insecurities still persisted—though less, I struggled with the decision to execute on the procedure. I continuously debated what was the right decision. If I didn’t get it done, would I continue to feel uncomfortable in my body the rest of my life? If I did get it done, what would I say to my kids if they were born with my original nose? After several years of this and continuing to live feeling uncomfortable in my body, I came to the decision to move forward with a tip plasty. I wanted to preserve the natural integrity of my larger nose by keeping my dorsal hump and only having my tip slightly modified. However, finding a surgeon who would agree to this was more challenging than I thought it would be. Three of them told me they would not do it—saying my nose would not be harmonious or “rhinoplasty” approved.

Enter Dr. Shah.
He listened to my concerns. He did not shut down the idea of changing my nose in a way that I was seeking, even if it would not look like a typical rhinoplasty result. And that is what he did. He completed my tip plasty—slightly shortened my nose length, elevated my tip slightly, reduced the size of my nostrils, and did slight rasping. It was exactly what I was hoping for. My nose is still bigger and “imperfect” (not the “Barbie nose”), but I feel 100x more comfortable in my body. Something that everyone deserves to feel.

I also should mention that he and his team are amazing! They were so informative and helpful on all parts of the procedure and recovery process. I am very grateful to them and highly recommend their services.
