This young woman wanted the hump on her nose smoothed out and her nasal bones narrowed. She had closed rhinoplasty with Dr. Manish Shah. In a closed rhinoplasty, there are no external incisions placed on the nose. All incisions are placed on the inside and are closed with absorbable suture.
